Eiafuawn is a band.

Vinyl version of "Birds in the Ground" out now

Three years in the making, Eiafuawn's debut album is now available on 180g vinyl from Pillowscars (Sweden). The cover artwork was done by California's Brendan Monroe. Only 520 were pressed, so grab one before they are super hard to find. In North America, get them from The Static Cult Label or Stickfigure, elsewhere try Pillowscars directly.

Will the second album ever come?

UPDATE: Found a great space to share in San Jose with Jarrod.

I'm maybe looking for a new home for the studio (right now it's in a warehouse in San Jose, California). Ideal arrangement would be somewhere big (Breasts and me have a LOT of equipment), if it's already setup as a recording space, great. We can possibly combine equipment and split the rent. Space should be able to accomodate things which may be loud at times (drums, amps) without disturbing neighbors, yet also be quiet if needed for recording instruments at very low volumes.

Control Room:
Soundcraft 600 32 channel console
Ampex mm1100 two inch 16 track machine
Ampex 440 half inch 2/4 track machine
Ampex 440 quarter inch 2 track machine
Ampex 354 quarter inch 2 track machine
SLS monitors
Golden tube audio monitor amp
Three 5' tall racks of outboard
Computer, protools, wavelab, computer monitors
Maybe more...

Live Room:
Slingerland/Ludwig drumset (28"/13"/16" & 15"x12" snare)
Ludwig vistalite drumset (26"/14"/16"/18" & 15x12" snare or 14x5" snare)
Marshall head & Marshall/Matamp 4x12 cabinets
Orange head & 4x12 cabinet
Ampeg svt head & 8x10 cabinet
Fender Bassman 100 head & 2x15 cabinet
Fender vibratone cabinet
Fender 2x12 combo amp
Kustom 4x10 combo amp
Lots of guitars, basses, effects pedals
Various keyboards, drums, percussion, instruments, cases

"Birds in the Ground" released

Eiafuawn (pronounced ee-uh-fon), an acronym for "Everything Is All Fucked Up And What Not," has only one permanent member. The dude plays all the instruments on Eiafuawn's releases. This album was recorded at home over a few long years, mostly on analog four track machines.

Eiafuawn has played only a few shows, averaging only one date per year, and always with a different lineup, but maybe everything IS all fucked up now, as Eiafuawn has been quiet for some time. This release will likely never be repressed, so get it now directly from TSCL.
